Of course! Pup Scruffs are fun fashion for all 4 seasons. They're made from a lightweight breathable polyester spandex blend. Winter, spring, summer or fall - your dog will always look extra cool in a Pup Scruff.

How do I put a Pup Scruff on my dog?
Just slide it over your dog's head and voila! Pup Scruffs are made from 4 way stretch material so application and removal literally take 2 seconds.

How do I wash my dog's Pup Scruffs?
Simple - just wash em' in cool water in the washing machine and tumble dry on low.

My dog is kinda in between sizes according to the sizing chart. What should I do?
Order the next size up for a more relaxed fit.

My dog is kinda hairy around the neck. Will that affect sizing?
Yes indeed. If your dog has a little extra shag around the neck, order the next size up. For thicker shag, go two sizes up. If your dog is really hairy/bushy around the neck (think Newfoundland, Great Pyrenees, Bernese Mountain Dog, Sheep Dog, Chow Chow, Shetland Sheepdog, Pekingese, etc.), a Pup Scruff might get swallowed up by all the bushy hair and hide the product. Pup Scruffs look best on dogs with short to medium length hair. If you're unsure about your dog, you can always shoot us a message and we'll be more than happy to assist you and steer you in the right direction.

How fast do my Pup Scruffs ship?
All Pup Scruffs ship within 24 hours of being ordered and arrive at their destination in 2 to 5 days.

How fast do items from the "shop for hoomans" category ship?
All items other than Scruffs are custom made at the time of order and ship from a 3rd party company (this helps us keep overhead costs down). These items arrive at their destination in 5 to 10 days.

Shipping costs are a flat rate of $1.99 on all orders within the U.S.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

All Pup Scruffs ship via USPS from Virginia with transit times of 2-3 business days. So don't chase your mail carrier away because they might be bringing your sexy new Scruffs!

For items in the "Shop for Hoomans" please allow 3-5 business days for production and 5-7 business days transit time. Items in these departments ship from different warehouses via UPS with final delivery made by USPS. Yes, this means you have to be nice to UPS drivers and mail carriers because they work in cahoots with each other to make sure your Hooman's items arrives safely (so no scary barking because they're bringing cool stuff for your humans)!

International Order (outside of USA) Delivery Times:

Transit times vary but it could take up to 3 weeks once shipped before you get your paws on your order.

All Pup Scruffs ship via USPS from Virginia.

For Hooman items: Allow 3-5 business days for production. Ships from multiple warehouses via UPS with final delivery made by your local mail service.

Customs Fees:

** International customers are responsible for customs fees - just like you're responsible for picking up your dog's poops (customs fees are sh*tty, but there's no way around them).

Returns

Blue bandana

I love the construction and it looks so cute on my little one. Be aware though, I ordered 2 before this one that were her neck size and they were tight. I ordered up a size this time and they are just right.
